It’s been an electric year for MAD Lions’ star support Kaiser and his hard work has helped him earn a two-year contract extension with the League of Legends team until 2023, the organization confirmed today.
Since his debut during the 2020 LEC Spring Split, Kaiser and the rest of his team have only gone upward in trajectory. In his inaugural year, he helped MAD finish as a top-four team in the league in both the spring and summer, which threw the fiery rookie squad into their first World Championship appearance.
Their lack of experience at international events caught up to them quickly, however, and the squad was eliminated during the play-in stage of Worlds 2020. It was the first time that an organization from a major region had been eliminated in the play-ins and set a fire under the team ahead of 2021.
The following year was a huge step up for the young players, both individually and as a single unit. With two new additions in Armut and Elyoya, their teamfighting skills improved tremendously and the rest of the remaining players elevated their skills to the next level. Kaiser maintained his place as one of the premier supports in the region. The 22-year-old had the best early-game statistics and the second-highest KDA in his role during the 2021 LEC Summer Split, according to Oracle’s Elixir.
This new-look team clicked immediately on and off Summoner’s Rift as well, showing that strong synergy is just as important as powerful mechanical skills. Their understanding of the game and aggressive playstyle helped them dethrone the old guard of the LEC, winning back-to-back LEC championships this year.
Now, they’ll be returning to the Worlds stage as Europe’s first seed, ready to try to redeem themselves from their lackluster performance last year. Kaiser will work alongside his explosive AD carry Carzzy to provide fans with some of the most exciting matches at the tournament.

League’s 2021 Championship skin revealed for Jarvan IV
Jarvan IV will become the first League champion to have both a Victorious and Championship skin.
This year’s League of Legends World Championship will be commemorated with a limited release “Championship” skin for Jarvan IV.
Each year, Riot Games releases a special skin in League to mark the game’s annual World Championship. The tradition began in 2012 when Riot released a Championship edition skin for Riven during the game’s second World Championship. Since then, Championship skins have been released for Thresh, Shyvana, Kalista, Zed, Ashe, Kha’Zix, Ryze, and, most recently, LeBlanc.
Championship Jarvan IV will make use of the skin line’s thematic elements, which have traditionally included a blue, gold, and silver color scheme, in addition to esports-focused props and designs throughout. 토토사이트
For example, Jarvan’s ultimate, Cataclysm (R), summons a wall of silver and blue dragons around him when it’s cast. Plus, Jarvan’s recall animation with the skin equipped is meant to resemble a sapphire and silver throne akin to the colors of the Summoner’s Cup—the trophy awarded to the team that wins the League World Championship.
Jarvan IV will become the first champion on the League roster to earn both a Championship and Victorious skin, the latter of which is awarded to players who reach the Gold rank or higher during a given competitive season. A Victorious skin was released for Gold-or-higher players at the end of the 2011 ranked League season. Now, 10 years later, another Jarvan skin will mark the end of the 2021 professional season.
Riot has not yet announced a release date for Championship Jarvan. Judging by history, though, Championship skins have almost always been released during the last week of September, just in time for Worlds to kick off.

League of Legends champions with the highest win rates in Patch 11.17
From the top lane to support.
League of Legends has 156 champions, each with their own role and unique set of abilities. But while every champ is viable in one way or another in Summoner’s Rift, some, depending on the patch and meta, stand out above the others.
From the top lane to support, we delved into the champions with the highest win rates for every role in League’s Patch 11.17. The data provided can be found on League stats site u.gg, a comprehensive look at every champion, their win rate, and role.
For this article we specifically looked at Platinum and above in ranked Summoner’s Rift, representing the top proportion of players from every region.
Quinn has become a staple of the top lane for her ranged capabilities. At a 52.69 percent win rate, she beats out champions like Kled (51.99 percent), Riven (51.98 percent), and Tahm Kench (51. 56 percent) in Patch 11.17.
Rek’Sai has the highest win rate in the jungle by the slimmest of margins. At 52.39 percent with a 1.5 percent ban ratio in Patch 11,17, according to u.gg, the champion surpasses Jarvan IV (52.07 percent) and Trundle (51.87 percent). But the stats don’t paint the full picture. The champion has been picked 46,723 times, far less than Jarvan.
Kennen, who is often considered a top lane champion, has edged his way into the mid lane with a 54.03 percent win rate in Patch 11.17. The short and stubby champion is a solid counter to mages like Syndra, Lissandra, and Vel’Koz.
Swain, though typically a mid lane champion, has the highest win rate in the AD carry position with a 52.96 percent win rate. His ability to zone out and outfarm champions make him a powerful option in the bot lane. As for traditional ADCs, Ashe takes the top spot with a 52.30 percent win rate.
Recent changes to Sona’s passive, Q, E, and ultimate have continued to push the champion to the top of the support position in Patch 11.17. Picked over 100,000 times according to u.gg, the champion is an overwhelming favorite for players in solo queue with a 52.91 percent win rate and a minuscule 0.8 percent ban rate.

League of Legends players score ARAM pentakill pairing Ryze and Nunu ultimates
There is no avoiding the Absolute Zero.
Despite having most of the features of regular League of Legends games, ARAM is a completely different ball game and because of that, some move combinations work better than others.
In a highlight clip, the power of Nunu and Ryze was on full display when the pair of champions combined their ults to score a pentakill.
Nunu’s Absolute Zero is a devastating ability that can reduce some champion’s health from maximum to zero at full charge. Given its capability of gaining monstrous power, it does take a while to charge up, giving players an opportunity to escape from the damage zone.
This is made more difficult when paired with Ryze’s Realm Warp, however, which allows him to teleport himself and his teammates to a location on the map. As shown in the clip, Nunu is able to reach full charge with Absolute Zero before appearing between all the enemy champions thanks to Ryze, right as it is about to detonate.
This move pairing can be used in a normal match as well. But you won’t often see five players group so closely, making ARAM the perfect mode to take full advantage of this combination.
